Every issue is bagged, boarded and sent in a rigid mailer, tracked and insured with InPost. One charge per order, not per item — here's what it costs and how long it takes.

Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday go out the next working day.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the courier, and you can follow it from your account.
How the charge works
One delivery charge per order, not per item. We send up to ten items in a parcel, so a basket of 1–5 costs £2.99 and 6–10 costs £3.99; beyond that we add another parcel and the charge steps up again. Big orders are always cheaper per item than buying one at a time.
Packaging
- Comics and magazines are bagged and boarded individually.
- Everything ships in a rigid, recyclable board mailer.
- Multi-issue orders are separated with acid-free sheets.
Lost or damaged parcels
Buyer Protection covers your order in transit. If a parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, tell us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll refund or replace it. See returns for the full process.
Where we deliver
We deliver to UK addresses only for now — no express tier, no locker collection, nothing extra bolted on at checkout. International delivery is on the list; we'll say so here the day it goes live.
