Why we exist
Millions of comics and magazines are read once and then boxed up in a loft. Meanwhile new readers are priced out by cover prices and speculators. MyHero puts those two groups in the same room: sellers get paid for issues they've finished with, buyers get them at a price that makes sense.
Everything is graded by hand
Every listing is checked in person against our grading scale, photographed flat and described honestly — spine ticks, tanning, subscription creases and all. No stock photos, no surprises.
How we make money
We take a small Buyer Protection fee on each order and a listing commission from sellers. That's it — no ads, no paid placement in search, no fees hidden in the postage.
Where we are
MyHero is based in the UK, with a grading room in Manchester and a warehouse we're not romantic about. We ship worldwide.
